Accessing our live stats feeds
If you are having issues viewing stats through our StatBroadcast® Web interface, it may be due to one of the following issues:
- If it is past the start time on the day of your event, but you receive the message that 'This event has not started yet. The stat feed will begin once the event has,' we may not yet be properly receiving stats from the live event. Please allow us time to contact the school to resolve the issue, after which the stat feed should automatically begin on its own.
- If your problem is related to something that does not work properly or as intended in the live stats window, please use either the Bug Report button at the bottom of your stats feed or follow this link to alert us to the issue and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
- Please note, StatBroadcast® Systems is responsible for the stats delivery technology only. There may be an issue at the event itself where stats are not transmitted correctly. StatBroadcast® is not responsible for streaming video or audio technologies; if you are experiencing issues with these, please contact either the school or the school's audio/video provider directly.
