Arkansas Tech University to use StatBroadcast for 2012-13 school year

RUSSELLVILLE, ARK. -- Arkansas Tech University and StatBroadcast Systems announced today that Arkansas Tech will use StatBroadcast to carry its live stats for all home athletic events during the 2012-2013 academic year, via the web, social media and mobile platforms.

Arkansas Tech University is a public university located in Russellville, Arkansas with an enrollment of 10,464. The ATU athletics department sponsors 10 varsity programs at the NCAA Division II level and recently finished its first year of competition as a charter member of the Great American Conference. ATU's men's teams are known as the Wonder Boys while the women's teams use the Golden Sun as their mascot. In men's basketball, ATU has won four straight conference championships (three as a member of the Gulf South Conference) and has twice advanced to the regional semifinals of the NCAA tournament during that span.
