American Legion Baseball selects StatBroadcast for its 2021 Regional Tournaments and World Series

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. --

The American Legion has selected StatBroadcast to provide a live statistics broadcast of its high school baseball championship tournament that will be held across the country in August 2021. StatBroadcast will simulcast live statistics to the web and mobile web from the Legion’s eight regional tournaments and its World Series in Shelby, NC.

American Legion Baseball began its amateur league in 1925 and has since had hundreds of thousands of participants in its summer league for high school-aged athletes. More than half of the current players in MLB played legion baseball as did 81 members of the Baseball Hall of Fame, including Yogi Berra, Ted Williams and Bob Feller; Legion Baseball alumnus also include those who have risen to prominence in other fields including former Vice President Dick Cheney, journalist Tom Brokaw and StatBroadcast President Nate Policar.
